Deliveries in Sweden are sent with Postnord and all deliveries outside Sweden are sent with UPS. We always select the most cost efficient way of transport. If you need your order sent with express delivery please contact us directly after you’ve placed your order and we will arrange this for you. You can also choose to pick up your order from Felestad New Wave Profile, Profilvagen 3-4, SE-24643 Loddekopinge Sweden, Mon-Fri, 08.00-17.00 CET. Once you’ve placed your order you will get an auto generated order confirmation. When our sales office has handled your order we will send you a final order confirmation order with exact delivery date.
If the delivery is made in Skåne by Best Miljöslinga and the recipient is not in place, so there will be a retyrn and one more shipping, 1.5 shipping cost of 150 SEK will be charged.
0.5 charge for return to Best warehouse.
1.0 cost for new delivery from Best warehouse to the customer.

Payment by credit card. Master Card and VISA are accepted.
Claims / complaints policy
If another than the ordered product has been delivered or if the product is damaged or otherwise defective you can make a complaint in which the fault is clearly stated. Felestad New Wave Profile will send a prepaid shipping label for the returning of the goods.
