In the shop you will find a wide range of Hiab profiled items and gifts selected by the Marketing team.

Customer information

1. Feel free to examine the site, create an account if you would like to place an order, login to your account if you’re a returning customer.
2. Add the desired items to the cart. Click product heading to get ahead, choose size/colour/logo/text and number of items. To get a bigger picture of the product - click the picture.
3. When completed, proceed to checkout.
4. Add or verify customer data depending on if you’re in the Club shop for the first time or if you are a returning customer. Add your credit card details and confirm the order.
5. Once you’ve placed your order you will get an auto generated order confirmation. When our sales office has handled your order we will send you a final order confirmation order with exact delivery date. On this confirmation you will find your customer number to be used if you would like to contact Felestad New Wave Profile.
6. Your order will be sent from us within 1-3 work days on stock items and up to 2 weeks on print on demand items. You can always contact us if you have questions about the delivery time. Print on demand items are marked with a symbol.

Payment to be made via DIBS with credit card.

Delivery

All deliveries are sent with Postnord and are non traceable.The costs mentioned for shipping do not include any import costs (eg customs duty) in a given country. These costs are payable by the Customer. Once you’ve placed your order you will get an auto generated order confirmation. When our sales office has handled your order we will send you a final order confirmation order with exact delivery date.
